    Application for Reverse Transfer

    Fill out all required information. Once your application is received, the Registrar's office will evaluate your credits for the specified degree.

    Please note that in order to qualify for graduation, you must meet all graduation requirements and submit all official transcripts before the graduation application due date. If you have questions about graduation requirements or outstanding documentation, please send an email to OSU-OKC Graduation Services.

    All students who graduate in the previous fall, spring or following summer semesters are invited to participate in the Commencement Ceremony held in May. Deadline for name to be printed in the Commencement Program is April 1. Students whose graduation applications are received after April 1 may participate in, and have their names read at the Commencement Ceremony.

    Please include a picture of your state-issued photo ID or your OSU-OKC student ID card. Your ID card must show your name and photo. We cannot accept student ID cards from another institution.
